TAKING OVER è il secondo album della band trash metal Overkill pubblicato a marzo 1987. Questo è l’ultimo disco con il batterista Rat Skates che lasciò la band alla fine del 1987 e fu sostituito da Sid Falck. È stato inoltre il primo disco pubblicato attraverso Atlantic Records, etichetta che ha prodotto tutti i loro album fino a W.F.O. (1994).
