Stampa limitata di quattro LP in vinile. Edizione rimasterizzata in digitale del doppio album del 1995 che ha segnato la carriera del quartetto Alt-Rock. Pubblicato originariamente il 24 ottobre 1995, l'album ha debuttato al primo posto della classifica Billboard 200 ed è stato certificato 9 volte platino dalla RIAA. L'album produce successi importanti come "Bullet with Butterfly Wings", l'improbabile prima hit da Top 40 della band, la squisita "1979" e l'epica "Tonight, Tonight", oltre a una serie di video assolutamente ispirati. Prodotto da Billy Corgan, Flood e Alan Moulder, l'album si guadagnò anche un Grammy Award (1996 Best Hard Rock Performance per "Bullet with Butterfly Wings") e sette nomination. Al di là dei successi più ovvi, però, Mellon Collie è un ciclo di canzoni di insolita profondità e di notevole portata. È una raccolta di momenti straordinariamente belli in cui tutto si è allineato, un momento nel tempo che è ancora qui per essere conservato.
